Just pop the Pizzas and Baguettes into the oven and they’re ready in about 10 – 15 minutes! The Pizzas and baguettes come in different flavors. I adored the variety savors ranging from Tandoori Chicken Pizza to Beef Salami Baguette.
The baguettes were a feast to my eyes. They’re simple; yet perfect for lunch and TV snack loaded with awesomeness! Must Try Baguettes are Turkey Ham, Tuna and Onions, Beef Salami, Brie and Cranberries, Mediterranean, and Raclette Cheese Bread.

First Day was an exciting day; I baked the Beef Diavolo Pizza, Tuna & Onions and Mediterranean Baguette.
Beef Diavolo doesn’t disappoint. They’re quite generous with the beef and Cheese. It was bursting with flavors that balance the hint of tomatoes, Salami soft and sweetness from Gouda cheese and freshness of oregano. Tuna and Onions go perfectly well together. Like heaven and earth. There’s nothing more delightful than this combo. Another thrilling flavor I was keen to taste was the Mediterranean. With its vibrant colors that gives a very summery vibe is quite tempting! Not to mention a healthy snack! The fragrant from zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes and shepherd cheese is jut smells aromatic!
One thing that makes Pizza and Baguette a choice for our quick fix for pizza days is its benefits. It’s really insane if you’re going to eat pizza for whole week, I mean, there are times when we’re in the mood for pizza and baguettes and the great thing about these goodies are their shelf life. You can keep it frozen for 4 Months!
When you need it, you can just place it back to the oven and you’re good to go! In the mood for Tandoori flavor and Mamak was closed. At that time, Restaurants weren’t open yet. So I could grab the Tandoori Pizza and bake it for like fewer than 15 minutes! I think I almost overcook it. So make sure you set it right. Despite restaurants being open this RMCO days, the convenience and the time being spent queuing at a restaurant really matters.
Next on my radar for baguette flavors were Brie and Cranberries and Beef Salami. Beef Salami sounds very common, yet it’s an ultimate classic pizza baguette flavor. Can’t go wrong with Salami. It taste delish and tasty! Brie and Cranberries on the other hand was surprisingly mouthwatering! Probably because I’m a Brie Fan and although I’m not into cranberries, when combine with Brie, it was magic!
Last but not the least was Turkey Ham Baguette and Raclette Cheese Bread. Gouda Cheese and premium ham smells incredibly perfect! I knew it’s cooked when the smell is on the air. The Raclette flavor was my least fave, probably due to the bread is a bit dry or it could be due to how I bake it. They key here though is to eat it when it’s hot.

Baking guide for pizzas
Method 1
Pizza (no need for defrosting)
1. Pre heat the oven at 250 degree for 10mins.
2. Place the pizza on the baking paper/ baking tray.
3. Bake it for 250 degree (same temp) for 12 to 15minutes
Method 2
Fluffy & Airy Pizza (defrosting needed)
1. Place the frozen pizza on the baking paper (defrosted pizza gets sticky, so baking paper helps)
2. Cover it with a clean cloth or you may use the pizza box for defrosting. Let it sit for 3 to 4 hrs so it is completely defrosted. Yeast gets activated and rises. (Dough becomes fluffier)
3. Bake it the pizza along with the baking paper at 250 degree Celsius for 10mins.
Baking guide for Baguettes
1. Bake it at 200°C for 10 minutes.
