Dough by Meg is finally here in Bukit Ceylon that specialized in Bombolinis with their signature pistachio dough! Straightforward ambiance, wooden furniture’s, natural light that seams through the glass panes, and the tranquil views of the trees in Bukit Ceylon. Dough by Meg is your new residential neighborhood café that is worth a visit!
Exceptional flavor of bombolinis can be found here – French Earl Grey, Bacon Cream Cheese, Strawberry Cream, Crème Brulée, Honey dew, Lemon Cheese Meringue, Valrhona Dark Chocolate and Dulce de Leche, Mocha, Pistachio and many more flavors to choose from. Fluffy, authentic, rich in flavor, filling and not too sweet bombolinis will certainly make you fall in love with each bite. The café is also great for All Day Breakfast like Big Breakfast by Meg, Avocado Shrimp Croissant Sandwich, Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Sauce, Avo Nice Day, Croque Madame, Aglio olio, and Hummus with Sourdough.
We had Avocado Shrimp Croissant Sandwich with beetroot, Strawberry cream and the ultimate Pistachio bombolini. Delicious to the core – 100% Highly Recommended! Croissant plating was too lovely to eat. The lattes were decent and compliments well with the bombolinis.
Heard that the café can get a little crowded, luckily when we visited, we were able to get a table right on the “Don’t be a weirdough” wall quote. Prolly a weekday visit can make a huge difference in terms of avoiding the busy times.
Dough by Meg is pretty near where I stay. I have been revisiting this café every morning when I’m lazy to make my own breakfast. One of their baristas is from the Philippines where I came from and it’s great to connect to someone from your home country. I would go for Hummus with sourdough on my next visit. It looks so tempting.
And oh, it’s good to get that box of bombolinis set and tapao for yourself.
