Cruising on the Caribbean, paragliding in the Himalayas, riding on hot air balloon in Cappadocia, trekking in the Appalachians, kissing a French guy under the Eiffel Tower and the day dreaming list could go on and on. I’ve been dreaming of traveling so much and waking up on a state of oblivion makes me rather trap wandering the places I’ve been eyeing for so long. This year of the Snake, the cards for the year of the Rat are quite difficult as what I’ve been reading lately. Sounds like a mad man but I’m one of those few people who believe in Horoscope as a guide. I am uncertain of what will be my travel plans for this year but I won’t let 2013 end without trying out something new.
More often than not when I plan something it never worked out and I ended up frustrating myself. It is unusual that I haven’t book any flights yet despite of the free seats promotion of Airasia yesterday. Yeah, I was tempted, I could’ve book an advance ticket somewhere if only Airasia’s waiting room is not that terribly queuing. The struggle of waiting for airline promo is one of my rituals but then again, I fell asleep. I figured none of those flights are meant for me. I even refuse to create a new set of bucket list ‘cause it’ll be disappointing not marking off most of them. So this year, I’ll go with the flow of what 2013 is in store for me.
Currently, I’ve been preoccupied visiting Philippines this March. No tickets booked yet but vacation leave has been approved already. I’ll find later where my feet will take me. I’ve been thinking to see Hinatuan’s Enchanting River or Bantayan Island to reunite with my relatives’ maybe.
… And the rest will unfold in time.

I like that – making the year an open book and yet committing to try something new. May you have great adventures, both expected and unexpected. =)

The year of the Snake has a type of sneaky or mischievous ring to it, no? Sounds like a good year to kiss a French guy under the Eiffel. (Actually, the best time to sneak many kisses with the French is during New Year’s Eve at the Eiffel, LOL).
