The Coronavirus has stopped Malaysia, and the rest of the world from dining out. Takeaways and online deliveries are the new norm. I must admit that the transition from office to work from home is unusual for me. Knowing how I constantly on the move, yet by now, I get used to the comfort of home and appreciate stillness. As the MCO extends, more restaurants are slowly reopening to provide online delivery. In this case, I take pleasure from ordering Home Signature Pork Cuts from Ante Restaurant.
Pork Delivery KL
Ante, KL’s Premier Pork Steak Restaurant introduces their Home Signature Pork Cuts delivered it straight to your doorsteps and gets a piece of Ante in your homes. The products are high quality product and packed upon order, delivered chilled to ensure you got it fresh. The meats are marinated with simple spices and herbs. It’s seasoned lightly so you can adjust it to your liking. It really depends on your preference. This gives you flexibility to tweak your seasoning. There’s a complimentary cooking guide from the Chef for your reference, too! Thus, making everything so simple and just the way your taste buds crave for! Who says you can’t be fancy at home with these steaks?
Pork Ribs
From the Spanish Iberian peninsular, the pork will indisputably juicy and succulent. The Iberico Baby Ribs (RM 59.90, 400g) is marinated with Rosemary and garlic. Rosemary and garlic is a match made in heaven. Oh, I know it will be wonderfully aromatic. Can’t wait to cook it with sides of roasted potatoes and green grilled asparagus.
Ante Home Signature Cuts
The Signature cuts come with a choice of Marinades, Rosemary Garlic, Lemon Grass Ginger and Crushed Pepper-Garlic Salt. A subtle fusion of garlic and rosemary on meats is my go-to seasoning. Love Rosemary Garlic, it really enchance the flavor of any meats! Lemon Grass ginger would be a great combo, too! Though, I’m not a fan of crushed pepper-garlic Salt, I will give this flavor a go. Variety is exciting!
Pork Ribeye
The Pork Rib Eye (RM42.90 250g x 2 cut ½ inch) sounds like a perfect date night at home. Best paired with red wine. The cut has three parts, marbled dark meat with loin and a strip of fat. Based on the cooking guide, it is essential to rest the raw Pork Ribeye for 30 minutes in room temperature before cooking with recommended cooking time of 4- 6 mins. Absolutely keep that in mind including making sides golden brown. This must be the time to unleash the chef’s in me.
Pork Shoulder
The Pork Shoulder (RM37.90 250g x 2 cut ½ inch), Marbled cut of pure dark meat, Chef recommends that this goes well with a zesty marinate. Delightful cut of meat that will blow your mind. Looks like I’m going to use pan to cook the shoulder below a smoking temperature and I’m glad the chef suggested to alternatively melt butter into a pan! It’ll add flavor and richness to the meat. L.O.V.E BUTTER!
Pork Collar
The US thick-cut Pork Collar (RM 17.90, 220 g x 1) is packed with rosemary and garlic. Judging by the glance, boneless in appearance, Sure it looks luscious and tender especially when cooked. I can’t wait to bring this on the grill. The Instructions says to cook each side for about 4-5 minutes. Swift!
Bacon and Belly
Fresh Pork Belly, Marinated “Nam Yue Style” (RM 17.90, 300 g x 1). Best for pan and high recommended for deep fryer. Since I don’t have a deep fryer, I’ll go with the wok style. I can imagine how it looks like and oh that sizzles. Love to hear that hissing sound soon! I just hope I don’t burn it!
House Smoked Bacon Thick Cut (RM 21.50, 250 g), is packed huge! I doubt if any local market sells bacon at 8mm thick. Ahh, Bacon! Love Bacon for breakfast and brunch. I’m already thinking Bacon Eggs Benedict! Surely, the smells of the bacon when cooking is mind blowing could imagine how mouth-watering it is!
We may be dining out deprived due to Movement Restriction Order, but this doesn’t mean we can’t have amazing meals at home! Local F&B such as Ante Restaurant strives to provide us with the premier quality of meats.
