Breakfast Spot KL: Greenhouse Style Café in Bukit Bintang!

Breakfast Spot KL is Bukit Bintang’s newest café in Sin Chew Kee with the Greenhouse inspired concept. The café which used to be a two-story guesthouse was transformed into a gorgeous glasshouse. It basically consists of four unique areas – The glasshouse with an immerse lush landscape that calms your senses almost rapidly, The Coffee Bar seating corner with a cozy interior and warm atmosphere, A refined almost like a divider type of corners that gives exclusiveness – nearly like social distancing partition yet modish and posh and lastly, a spacious upper story with the greenery views. Green is the common denominator for all its areas. Ambiance wise it looks like it’s been tailored for the gram.

Found a lovely arch spot where natural light seams through from the glass panes and ceiling. I had pancakes with berries, almonds, and vanilla ice cream on top (RM 25). The Rose Latte (RM 14) is tempting, and I picked that out in a heartbeat. The pancake looks exquisite but tasted nothing but dry. I could hardly finish it. Honey buttered syrup would be better. The lovely Rose Latte is decent and smells delightfully floral.

Its café’s second day of opening and it is jam-packed! Impressed with the attentive staff though, she never failed to replenish my glass of water and the moment I opened my laptop for work – she provided the WIFI password before I could even request for it. I can’t recall her name but thanks to her! I wasn’t pleased with the pancake; however, I appreciate her alertness and great service.

Breakfast Spot KL uses Menu QR Code where you add your order to the cart but that’s just about it. You still need to go to the counter and pay. I was expecting that I could directly make my payment through scanning the QR code. Probably its still early and they will enhance the method in the next few days.

The cool murals on the side of the building are indeed a showstopper!
