Bukit Bintang have hidden Cafes. You sure bet there are! Living in Bukit Bintang for almost more than a decade of my life in KL. I have come across these Cafes where I fell in love with. Uncrowded, unpretentious, and modest vibe. These hidden cafes may not be famous in the gram, but each have its own charm.

Swee Lee Social Club

Hidden on the 3^rd floor of Lot 10 Shopping Centre, Swee Lee Social Club is in the heart of a music store. It is easy to sway your eyes away from it because it could deceive you as full of guitars but hey, If you look closely and walk closely – This cafe is so underrated – café is inexpensive for as low as RM8 and taste absolutely delicious – the one that will give you that coffee kick! If you’re lucky you may be right on time for combo lunch that includes coffee and a meal like buttermilk chicken. Hope next time you will remember to swing by when you are at Lot 10. It will definitely Swee Lee off your feet!

Sabah Tea Garden (STG)

Sabah Tea Garden located on the ground floor of Vida Ceylon. STG literally means Sabah Tea Garden and they served great coffee. Best pick here would be Flat White, they really nailed it! They have pastries and meals that would kick start your day. Sabah Tea Garden specializes in Tea and their teas taste so incredible! Don’t leave STG without getting a tin of Tea. I highly recommend Lavender Tea – it become an instant fave!

JS Café (Japan Store Café)

Another hidden café in Lot 10 is the JS Café. A cute Japanese Café style veiled in the Isetan Store. Adorable spot filled with books in the shelves and intricate details. Great hideaway on a busy day at Bukit Bintang.

Sausana Café

Sausana Suites Café by the Pool is located in the Sausana Condominium. Their Signature Buttermilk Rice or Pasta is so addictive you will keep coming back. Although Coffee is average, chill by the pool and the sound of the water fountain is relaxing. Wifi is strong, noiseless spot and homey. If you’re the kind of person who would love to work remotely, this place would be perfect for you!

Eden Café probably has gotten some limelight on the café scene but for those of you who haven’t know about this underrated rooftop café with an inexpensive coffee price and desserts. This café deserves an amazing shout out for being one of the best in terms of city view and coffee wise. If you’re in Bukit Bintang, head over to Lot 10 rooftop and check out Eden Café.

Tucked in a tricky spot in Pavilion, Artelier Café almost never exist. Hidden and very limited passerby. Bukit Bintang can be overwhelming especially Pavilion. Great news though ‘cause if you want a quieter side to get your coffee fix or after a long day walk of exploring the mall – Artelier Café would be your hideaway! Coffee here is in quality and their cheesecake is must love!

Located in the 7^th floor of Ceylonz Suite Exsim is the Ceylonz Café. Newly built café which offers western and local cuisine. This café sounds like a secret hideaway almost non-existent is a lovely café to stumble upon during your stay at Ceylonz Suite or simply when you are in the area to check some new cafes in town.

KITA Coffee

Speaking of hidden, KITA Coffee is a café in the back alley of Fahrenheit 88. You literally need to get into the maze to find this café. Run by a Malaysian Champion Barista, you’re in good hands in terms of quality. You’ll find Zen in being right in this café especially after an exhausting shopping! If you really can’t find it, ask the security guard – he’ll be happy to show you the way!
