Shin Nihon KL Delivers premium Japanese Wagyu straight to your Doorstep. It sounds good that we can cook Wagyu in the comforts of our homes. Shin Nihon is a Japanese Charcoal grilled beef restaurant at Desa Sri Hartamas. Their menu is mostly dominated by different cuts of Yakiniku, literally grilled meat in Japanese. So excited to have Japanese BBQ without leaving home. Ya know, CoronaVirus, we haven’t combated it yet and we haven’t won the war yet. I still prefer Food Delivery!
The wrapping was by the way pretty amazing; it was like opening a gift. Sealed thoroughly to keep the meat chilled as much as possible. All meats come with a label, too!
What came in the package was Japanese Beef Wagyu, Four types of Yakiniku: Sirloin, Kata Rose, Rump and Kata sankaku accompanied with kimchi, Kale, Garlic Rice and Beef Tongue!
The Beef’s unseasoned, so you can deep it into suke tare, lemon and salt for extra flavor. My best pick is the Kata Rose! It was tender and Juicy. The side dishes compliments with the beef, too.
There’s no need a special tool to cook the meats. I use pan grill to cook them all. I also added butter and fresh thyme for aroma. It turned out good! There is no formula to cook this at home. You can absolutely use the herbs you prefer.
We had a very satisfying and Delicious wagyu beef dinner. Wagyu sounds like an expensive beef, but like foie gras and truffles, it is so tempting. We can also get fancy at home once in a while.
