The best thing I love about Boracay is the powdery white sand. It’s what makes it unique for the rest of the beaches in the Philippines. This trip was the longest in my Boracay travel History. There were no more available flights to Caticlan during that time so we decided to travel the long way. Since Mikai was able to get an available ticket Via Asian Spirit to Caticlan. We booked thru Cebu Pacific to Iloilo. Yep! We arrived in Iloilo Airport like 6:00 AM. We met Tita Jean at Tagbak Terminal. Tita Jean is my bestfriend’s friend who will help us with our accommodation at St. Vincent at a discounted price. It took us 6-7 hours from Iloilo – Caticlan via Ceres Bus. Yeah, Ceres Bus it was. We are all familiar with the bus since the three of us are from Bacolod. Oh well, the long ass trip reminded of my road trips when I was in high school. It felt so good!
We did not pay for the environmental fee; they know Tita Jean is local and they think we are from Aklan too.
This is where we stayed. It was a Double bed 800 per night at St. Vincent’s Kubo. It’s so cheap I wanna die. Lol.
Fast forward we met Mikai whose flight was delayed. We spent the whole afternoon swimming, walking; henna tattooing, relaxing and eating.
We did not have much time for Island Hopping. We were too busy playing in the beach the whole day and at night we didn’t sleep much. We didn’t go there just to sleep. lol. We spent our whole night partying and drinking. We love our dining experience at Zhu Asian Cuisine. They’re Chicken Basil stole our hearts! 🙂
We took the plane from Caticlan – Manila. We saw the sexy Marc Nelson. It was a nice trip. Really!
When I go back and I will try the reef walking or parasailing. 🙂
I wish everyday is a travel day XD
