Perched on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands, Sky on 57 is an Award-Winning Bar and Restaurant that offers stunning views of Singapore Skyline. It is probably one of the most extraordinary dine out in Singapore – almost perfect for the ultra hip.
Sleek, classy, and palatial, surged with natural light at the peak of the noon. Sky on 57 is the only Bar and Restaurant with such an impressive 360 panoramic views of Marina Bay, Singapore’s Iconic landmark – the Merlion, the Harbour, Gardens by the Bay and city’s most breathtaking skyscraper.
Sky on 57 lured us to dine during our stay in Marina Bay Sands. It is an ideal place to spend time with friends over a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and indulge in a Franco-Asian cuisine. Food is expensive as expected but extremely tasteful and drinks at the bar are reasonable.
We had a 3-course seasonal fabulous set meal by Chef Justin Quek that consists of Kurobuta Wanton for starters, Sakura Chicken for the main course, and JQ’s Signature for the dessert.
Elegantly served by the friendly staff, I couldn’t complain about the quality of food they presented on the table.
Sautéed prawns, lobster, and tomato fondue
Chicken with Sautéed mushroom, potato mousseline, Shao Xing wine sauce
At night, the city illuminates and the view is just astonishing. We just couldn’t get enough of the view that a drink at the Flight Bar and Lounge is a possible afterthought. The lookout during the day is breathtaking, but the views at night are simply hypnotizing! It was absolutely one of the fascinating views I had ever seen.
We hardly noticed the time and we were surprised when the bartender came to us and announced the last call. As cliche as this may sound, time flies when you’re having fun. Sure, we didn’t just come for the view, we stayed for a drink and another wonderful memory to be counted that will last a lifetime.
