Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is excited to introduce its refreshed delivery and takeaway menu. In addition, the hotel has also introduce a grab-and-go kiosk which combine dine-in and food sales at the hotel’s entrance to attract locals and make up for lost business. As part of the new normal, the hotel will continue adapting takeaway and delivery options as well as grab-and-go meals as part of their business models. Located in the heart of affluent Damansara Heights, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara has some key advantages, including more than 2,000 office crowds and the surrounding neighbourhood that are a sort of captive audience.

The refreshed takeaway and delivery menu boasts a wide array of appertizers, main courses and desserts from the hotel’s many restaurants, namely Kwee Zeen, Wan Chun Ting, Nizza and Le Bar Cocktail & Stories where guests can enjoy in the comfort of your home, or the convenient of their workplace.

For those on the go, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara’s grab-and-go kiosk located at the hotel’s entrance offers daily specials such as Nyonya Curry Heritage Laksa, Traditional Nasi Lemak, Hainanese Chicken Rice, freshly baked breads, pastries and more.

While the hospitality industry has been expanding rapidly over the past few decades, the whirlwind arrival of COVID-19 has proved that change in inevitable and hospitality industry continues to reinvent. Since the start of the pandemic, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara has transformed its catering options to allow for takeaway and delivery. One of the first things the Food & Beverage department did was sourcing of food containers that are sustainable and would keep food hot, setting up contactless ordering and payment, and many others.

The takeaway and delivery menu is available daily from 8am to 8pm while the grab-and-go kiosk at the hotel’s entrance operates from 8am to 3pm, from Monday to Friday.

For takeaway and delivery, orders need to be placed a minimum of 1 hour in advance of preferred collection and delivery time for processing. Complimentary delivery for orders RM50.00nett and above in a single receipt within 5 kilometres of the hotel. In addition, guests can enjoy 10% discount on all takeaway and delivery menu as well as grab-and-go kiosk.
